Dispatch Policy
Thinkshift Pty Ltd trading as HypnosisSoul is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage the dispatch of your purchased products and services.
Dispatch
We endeavour to dispatch all audio files, gift vouchers and deposit orders within two days of order placement.
Audio files, Gift Vouchers and Deposit Orders are despatched via a one-time link to the email address specified in the check-out process. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that all details provided are accurate and correct. HypnosisSoul cannot take responsibility for errors and omission in this part of the purchase process.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for a 6 month period and must be used within that time frame by the recipient.
Deposit Orders – Delivered Face to Face
Deposit orders are a deposit for a face to face session delivered via a physical address at: 93 Howards Lane, Kyabram Victoria 3620 Australia. Face to face sessions require a 24 hour notice of cancellation, cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will mean a forfeit of the deposit.
Deposit Orders – Delivered via Online Zoom
In special instances and by prior arrangement sessions can be conducted via Zoom and in all regards the above conditions for deposit orders apply to zoom delivered sessions. Online Zoom sessions require a 24 hour notice of cancellation, cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will mean a forfeit of the deposit.
Payments
All items must be paid for in full before we can dispatch them. You can make payments online.
The cost of all products available via HypnosisSoul.com.au are as specified on the shopping product pages.
Postage and Packing
All products are downloadable; or delivered face to face in a clinic setting or via zoom. Audio products are not available as a physical audio product that can be mailed out.
Gift Vouchers are emailed to the purchaser of the gift voucher and must specify the recipient person’s name on the order.
Deposit orders are emailed to the person purchasing the deposit order.
Website Data
All our prices are shown in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. There is no delivery charge.
We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time including to cover any increase in GST. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order except in the instance where an error has occurred with the data entry.
